What a beautiful place and I can believe the bluish water is ice cold.

To answer your question from my post, no, I didn't get a chance to try those mechanical machines this time, but the owner is generous for allowing the public to use them.

What a beautiful river. It's always interesting to try to determine where a river came from and why. Studying this one would be a hydrologist's hayday.

I have heard wonderful things about Bend. I recall a great article in the Western Living magazine some time ago.
